morning canoe ride

so last weekend we loaded up the canoe and decided to take the monster on his first ride. we got in at the old covered bridge and ended our adventure at wildlife sanctuary. he was so excited with seeing turtles, dragging sticks in the water, and rocking the boat. for about an hour. then he wanted to go faster. and then he was freaked out by the small leak we had in the boat. then... he fell asleep. ahh... the silence was beautiful. so was the trip.
