painted table cloth :: project idea

look what "the monster" and i did this weekend!  i think these table cloths and place-mats will make lovely hostess gifts... don't you?

i bought simple tablecloths and then we used fabric paint & giant foam stamps for the paisley design.  we then laid out cardboard letters ( i secured them with double sided tape )  "the monster" painted over them.  when we removed the letters, he was so surprised that the words were still there.
