liquid leaf :: project idea

have you ever heard of liquid leaf?   it's my new favorite thing for the holidays!   liquid leaf comes in gold, copper and other beautiful hues and you use it as a paint.   "the monster" and i went for a walk the other day and collected a bunch of leaves.   then i spent my saturday afternoon covering them (warning, the smell is strong so paint your objects outside or in a garage).

after the leaves dried, i tied groups of them together with a fall ribbon.   i think this will be the perfect topper for a present wrapped with kraft paper, don't you?  especially a hostess present on thanksgiving.
