the boys surprised me the other day with a bouquet of tulips! it was really just what i needed because now that we live in the condo, we have no tulips (or any spring flowers for that matter) growing in our yard. at our old house, i had a garden full of them and i looked forward to their blooms each spring.
by the way, i tend to cut my tulips short and put in small vases. i do the same with roses. other flowers, i leave longer, but i always try to arrange them creatively. how about you? do you get artsy with your bouquet arrangements? or do you just display them in a classic glass vase?
