view of the farm :: farm photography

the view from our farm is peaceful and wide... especially now that the corn has been harvested.  i feel like the whole place opened up.

my mother lived in san francisco when she was a young adult.  as a midwest girl originally, she told me once that living there bothered her because she could never see more than a mile in front of her.  the hills made her feel closed in a bit.  i get that.
