state capital :: central illinois photography

have you ever been to your state capital?  they are usually filled with exquisite architectural detail and breathtaking art.  the illinois state capital is no exception.  it is truly a place that inspires and i walk through any chance i have.

i wonder, if i was a big and important lawmaker, if i would even notice all of the beauty as i hustled and bustled amongst it.  surely i would.  how could i not?
