remember when i told you i had an idea? well, here it is. whatcha think?

before, i had my earrings displayed on a chicken-wire frame. they seemed to all blend together, so i got excited to try something different. i'm sure, after a while, i'll get sick of looking at my picture and do, yet again, another display. but for now, i like how the cards also list our contact info for the shop. sneaky marketing... that's my game.

granny chic earring storage :: diy

loving the 'granny chic' trend?  if so, shop your local goodwill or salvation army for some girly frames and then when you get home take out the glass.  glue decorative paper or fabric to the back of the frame, then layer lace ribbon horizontally across.  now hang your favorite earrings!

this could also work with an empty frame that has no backing.  just skip the paper or fabric step and you'll lace will appear to float.
