basketball game

i was recently asked to take photographs for my sister's basketball team.  they want to make a calendar and sell it to raise money.  at first, i was excited to help.  once i got into the gym though and began taking my first shots, i realized how difficult this was going to be.  the lighting was terrible!  everything appeared grainy and dark.  after a little manipulation on my camera's manual settings, i was able to come up with some decent shots.  i lowered the iso and increased the exposure, which helped a lot.  these are a few of my favorites above.
