well hellooooo there! i'm so sorry it's been over a week since i've posted! i promise to try to never do that again. you see though, i am on retail time. and retail time means that as soon as halloween is over (if not before) you decorate for the holidays. whew! we are in full-blown christmas season at the shop and it's has been busy with a capital B. i literally changed right out of my smurf costume, into jammies for ornament crafting. i've shared a few things i've been working on above, and plan to go over some diy's in the next few days. so stick around! it's just getting good...

remember when i told you i had an idea? well, here it is. whatcha think?

before, i had my earrings displayed on a chicken-wire frame. they seemed to all blend together, so i got excited to try something different. i'm sure, after a while, i'll get sick of looking at my picture and do, yet again, another display. but for now, i like how the cards also list our contact info for the shop. sneaky marketing... that's my game.

'party' party! :: shop news

happy monday friends!   i hope you had a great weekend... we sure did.  on saturday, we celebrated the collaboration between urban sassafras & avaLuna paper art.  my crazy-talented cousin, beth ley, will now be accepting custom orders for party decor OR you can pop in the shop and just buy what you need.  her new party line consists of cake toppers, invites, party picks, bunting, garlands, confetti poppers, hats & more! i spent the weekend swooning over the balloon kits.  each include a large 36 inch balloon and everything you need to decorate it... this is such a fantastic idea!  perfect for photo shoots, parties, or big events.
