monday is my good friend "uragen's" birthday. we live in different cities and our busy lives make it difficult to see each other much. the picture above is my tribute to his 31st birthday! and... as i remind him every year, this is really his 32nd year of life.
seeing as this picture was taken many many years ago, this is what i remember:
- it was after a highschool dance
- a few friends got a motel room simply just to drink/play cards and not be bothered by parents
- we had to have been drunk at the time the shot was snapped, otherwise i cannot explain our "hats"
- it probably only took us 2 beers to get this silly

ReplyDeleteAhh.. we were so young & carefree.. thanks for the reminder on the joys of youth & the virtues of experience.. ie while I still get silly I know better not to wear silly hats in pictures! =)
Can't wait to her the news about whether you are carrying a boy or a girl!
